We have a great opportunity for a Manager to oversee and run our Heal’s Concession in Fenwick, York. This is a great opportunity for a Junior Retail Manager looking for their next role.

As a Concession Manager you will be responsible for controlling the planning, organisation, motivation and training of your team in order to attain exceptional standards of merchandising, stock control, administration, security and customer service. You will aim to create an inviting atmosphere for our customers and educate and inspire your sales team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' junior retail management experience, preferably within furniture retail. You will be confident and motivated to run a store and mentor a team. Strong communication, organisation and time management are some of the key skills we are looking for.
